This website sets no cookies, uses no tracking and no analytics, and loads nothing from other servers – not even fonts. Personal data arises only when the pages are requested from the host’s server.

Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. With every request the server automatically stores data your browser sends: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the page visited before, the browser and the operating system.

The server needs this data to deliver the website securely and without errors and to detect attacks. The legal basis is my legitimate interest under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The data is not combined with other data and is deleted when the host’s retention period ends. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host.

Links to eBay and Kleinanzeigen

Some pieces link to a listing on eBay or Kleinanzeigen. You leave this website only when you click such a link; from then on the privacy policy of that platform applies. This website itself requests nothing from these platforms.

Your rights

You have the right of access to your stored data (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21). A short email to me is enough.

You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible is the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Ludwig-Erhard-Straße 22, 20459 Hamburg, Germany.
